Lifehouse Inc. purchases the PERFECT building in the PERFECT location

Challenge: Lifehouse Inc, a non-profit that focuses on improving the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities wanted to buy a stand-alone commercial building to house their corporate offices and to provide limited services. They had been looking at buildings and spaces but could not find something that could work for them.

Action: During a sit-down meeting, Ces and his team of experts interviewed Lifehouse executive management. Targeted questioning helped determine potential locations and available properties that would fit the Lifehouse story. Several options were presented primarily driven by; proximity to services, transportation options, signage, size and pricing.

Results: Ces and his team located and presented the new Lifehouse building that could be easily upgraded to fit Lifehouse needs. The initial price and the after repairs value made sense to Lifehouse and to the bank. Lifehouse received a favorable bank loan to finance the purchase and the needed improvements.
